Set on a lakeside site in Virginia, Co. Cavan in Ireland, this contemporary new build uses tile as a defining architectural material. A sculptural kitchen vault clad in Mutina Rombini sits at the heart of the home, while a continuous Mutina Kosei Chevron floor unifies the ground level.
The project combines refined aesthetics with significant technical challenges, including large-scale pattern control, reflection-critical flatness and a bespoke, fully concealed perimeter drainage system designed and engineered by Creative Stone & Tile.
