The Mercantile Hotel’s refurbishment demanded flooring that honoured its Victorian heritage while elevating modern elegance. When supply chain issues threatened the project, Armatile delivered bespoke decorative and Victorian tiles with speed and precision, resolving crises under extreme time pressure, including a 10-day turnaround during the Christmas period.
