BEST COMMERCIAL PROJECT (OVER 500M2) AWARD WINNER 2026

Congratulations to G&S Tiling Ltd for winning the Best Commercial Project (Over 500m2) 2026 TTA Award for the project Kohler Family Spa, Old Course Hotel, St Andrews.

The Kohler Family Spa at the prestigious Old Course Hotel in St Andrews is an outstanding example of large-scale, high-end tile and stone installation within a technically complex wellness environment covering approximately 1,000sqm.

Within a contract of just 16 weeks, works included a mosaic plunge pool, a large mosaic hot tub pool, spa treatment rooms, male and female shower and changing areas, saunas, two steam rooms, a foam treatment room, a snow cabin, experience showers, and the full swimming pool surround. Full waterproofing systems were used by wedi throughout the project for a consistent and stable solution.

G&S Tiling Ltd is a family-run tiling contractor based in Kilmarnock, Aryshire, with involvement in the tiling trade dating back to the 1960s. Established in 2013, the company delivers high-quality ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic tiling for commercial projects.

One of G&S Tiling Ltd’s founding directors is a master tiler, and the company is proud members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, reflecting commitment to skilled craftsmanship, reliability and customer satisfaction.
