Palace Chemicals is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted in three categories of the first-ever British Adhesives and Sealants Association BASA Awards.
BASA set up its new Awards in order to recognise excellence and achievement in the adhesives and sealants industry, and the shortlist, which has just been announced, reads like a Who’s Who of major brands from the sector. Palace Chemicals has been shortlisted in the Manufacturer of the Year Category, the Environment & Sustainability Initiative Category and the Excellence in Supply & Services Category.
Care for customers, staff, the community and the environment are part of the company culture at Palace Chemicals. Sustainability and customer service are two sides of the same coin for the company and are stand-out features of its caring philosophy which goes back more than 45 years.
As an independent manufacturer of tiling, building, construction and DIY products since 1978, Palace Chemicals aims to set the industry benchmark for sustainability, both in terms of its products and also the environmental and sustainability initiatives at its Liverpool factory.
Continual investment in the company’s production facilities is aimed at serving customers better, while also striving to reduce the carbon footprint. The company is very careful in all its manufacturing processes to minimise its environmental impact.
As a manufacturer of adhesives and related products for tiling, it is a standard-bearer for British manufacturing. It has a broader product range than any of its UK competitors, is a supplier trusted by many, with one of the most flexible manufacturing facilities in the industry and has earned a strong reputation for customer service and consistent availability.
With a comprehensive range, including preparation and aftercare products, ready-mixed adhesives, cement-based adhesives and grouts, as well as levellers and waterproofing products, Palace Chemicals today is an experienced, knowledgeable, proven and robust
business.
‘We’re delighted with our performance in the first year of the BASA Awards, which I feel will grow to become a highly prestigious event in our sector, and I would like to take the opportunity to thank and congratulate all my colleagues for their work on this, which has helped us get to this point,’ says Steve Ball, Commercial Director. ‘We are now all looking forward to the announcement of the category winners next month.’
The Award winners in all categories will be announced at a gala event to be held the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham, on 22nd November 2024.
