Following 27 years with the business it is with regret that existing Group Sales and Marketing Director, Paul Butcher will be leaving on 15th May 2023.
Paul has been instrumental in leading the sales operation and driving business growth, starting as Sales Manager, progressing to Group Sales Director and most recently as the Managing Director for Aztec Aerosols ltd.
Paul has said ‘My time at Instarmac has been most enjoyable, when I started in 1996 the company was a small Midlands producer with great ambition, some 28 years later it is now a truly world class organization that I am proud to have been involved with.
Instarmac has always challenged the accepted way of doing things and has over the years introduced many innovative products and services that are now considered standard practice, listening to its customer base has been key to this ensuring we deliver exactly what the market wants.
I have been fortunate to have met so many people across many markets. I have worked with great people, some customer facing and also the invisible folk who work in the background making sure the wheels of the business run smoothly. Many have gone on to bigger roles in the business and some have taken up senior roles across the world.
I wish everyone at Instarmac a prosperous and successful future.’
John Holcroft CEO says ‘These appointments are well-deserved and mark another significant development in Instarmac’s strategic plans for 2023 and beyond.’
The Board of Directors and Trustees want to thank Paul Butcher for his years of dedicated service, passion, enthusiasm and for making a lasting difference to our business. He will be greatly missed by all.
Instarmac has solid foundations built on excellence, innovation and collaboration. The strong team of people and competitive positioning of the business means that I am confident we can continue to achieve great things on behalf of our customers.’
