Congratulations to Adam Newton-Smith of Mapei (UK) Ltd for winning the Employee of the Year 2026 TTA Award!
Adam Newton-Smith joined Mapei in 2022 as Ceramic Training Manager, quickly becoming a key figure in the technical department. Drawing on his tiling background, he developed engaging training courses and led the redesign of the Mapei Academy, creating innovative, hands-on learning spaces. Adam delivers high-quality training, supports customers on site, and represents Mapei at major events.
Highly regarded for his passion, adaptability and leadership, Adam continues to expand his knowledge while helping colleagues and delegates excel.
