It was a fantastic week in Castellón from Tuesday 3rd March–Friday 6th March for The Tile Association (TTA), with UK tile distributors and retailers visiting Spain as part of a collaborative trade mission organised with the Spanish Ceramic Tile Manufacturers’ Association, ASCER, and the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness, IVACE.
Over three very busy days, the group visited ten Spanish tile factories, providing a valuable opportunity to see first-hand the latest innovations, production processes and design trends emerging from one of the world’s leading ceramic tile manufacturing regions.
The visit concluded with a coffee and networking event at ASCER’s headquarters, bringing together members from both organisations to share insights and strengthen industry connections. TTA also presented on the UK tile market,
This trip has once again highlighted the strong relationship between TTA and ASCER, helping to foster collaboration between UK distributors and Spanish manufacturers. Opportunities such as this are invaluable for strengthening international partnerships and ensuring UK businesses remain closely connected with key manufacturing markets.
