75 Eaton Square, Belgravia, is an exclusive residential property, in which Arrow Tiling transformed the bathroom, kitchen, WC and hallway. They were responsible for the whole job – sourcing the materials, setting out and installation. The most impressive aspects were the bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, the bath, vanity unit with shelving, underfloor heating and fully book-matched large format porcelain tiles.
As experienced installers of these tiles, Arrow knew that this project was going to be quite challenging. This was due to the amount of mitred corners involved and the need to wrap the tiles around all corners and angles to give a completely book-matched appearance. All mitres were resin filled and polished, giving the seamless impression that the client requested.
The floor was the same tile but in a matt finish that also book-matched and in total they used 16 large tiles for the floor and walls.
Above the vanity and into the shelves all areas are book-matched and a continuation of the pattern can be seen in the reflection of the mirror from all angles.
Over the last few years they have noticed a dramatic increase in the amount of clients wanting to use large format panels to the point where nearly half of the company’s work is now installing up to 300mm x 1500mm x 6mm tiles. As such they have completed many successful projects of all sizes, but nothing has had such a dramatic transformation of a room than this particular job. Everyone who has seen it says ‘wow’ and it is a project the company is very proud of.
