TTA is pleased to have launched a new Domestic Technical Support Service, in addition to its Technical Inspection service.
The new Domestic Technical Support Service offers lower-cost support and advice on domestic installations measuring up to 50 sqm. This service is available to both TTA members and non-members and is offered to TTA members free of charge as a member benefit.
Use of this service requires completion of an online form, where you will be able to add a short summary of your issues and up to 6 photos. This request will then be followed up by TTA’s Technical & Training Manager. Please note that all responses given will only be based on the information and photos submitted in your original enquiry. If a more in-depth technical inspection is required, the cost of the Domestic Technical Support Service will be offset against it.
As a trade association, TTA can provide a completely impartial view, only quoting from British Standards and Best Practices. TTA operates a Primary Authority for tiling in partnership with Trading Standards, helping to ensure work is compliant at all times.
