Congratulations to The Oxford Tiling Company for receiving Highly Commended for the Best Heritage Project 2026 TTA Award for the project Grade 2 Listed Church, Cookham, Berkshire!
The Oxford Tiling Company was responsible for the installation of new Purbeck limestone and reinstatement of existing quarry tiles throughout a Grade 2 listed church in Cookham, Berkshire.
The project was carried out with great sensitivity onto a new lime-based screed on top of a new underfloor (UFH) system. Great care was taken to preserve the church’s historical character, incorporating new stone with the old quarries to enhance the overall condition.
The Oxford Tiling Company is an established tiling contractor founded in 2013 and based in Oxford, serving Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. Its reputation has been built on quality, integrity and professionalism, working from high-end new builds to heritage restorations.
