The London Tile Co, a trading name of Hampshire Tile Warehouse Ltd, has now ceased trading and is in the process of liquidation.
Liquidators Begbies Traynor Group have confirmed that the company has entered a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (CVL).
This is a formal, voluntary insolvency procedure initiated by the directors and shareholders of a limited company. The process is designed to sell the assets and distribute the proceeds to creditors in a structured, legal manner.
The company is no longer accepting or fulfilling orders and no customer service or operational activity is being carried out by London Tile staff.
In a statement, the company has said: “We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all customers, suppliers, and trade partners for your support over the years. It has been our genuine privilege to help bring your projects to life.”
Begbies Traynor Group are handling all matters relating to existing orders, account balances, credit notes, refunds or returns.
